A good alternative to factory Glock mags at an affordable price. I bought four of these and have run them in the Glock 17 and Glock 19 generation, as well as the Ruger PC Carbine with the Glock magwell insert installed. Free feeding or loading will not be a problem with one of these guns. Pro: Cheaper than factory mags, much easier to load, and less spring stiffness because Magpul mags are actually double stack. Cons: Unlike the factory glock that has a witness hole for all 10 rounds, there is only 1 witness hole on the side to show when you are 10 full rounds. Because of this, I would recommend this magazine more for sports and sniping than for defensive or combat applications.
Great value. Magpul has a very good reputation, but the springs on these mags were too stiff even with the auxiliary loader. I've also had a few stovepipes from these, but none from real Glock mags.

Both pistols were used in competition and never had the same issue. Some have said the springs are too stiff. They are a bit tighter than the new Glock mag. If you don't have unicorn glitter on your fingers, you'll have no problem loading them. Great magazines, especially if you use them in a production class.
I have been using Magpul products for a long time and the results have been good. These are very nice, quality built magazines. A journal follower is properly aligned through repeated use. The magazine lips have not deformed over hundreds of rounds. Springs help to work consistently and accurately. They are just as easy to load and fit the Glock 17 Gen 5 as Glock magazines. They are not as stiff as a Glock magazine and feel lighter. Even if they are not loaded, they will come down clean. Are they as good as a Glock magazine?... Time will tell. So far they work flawlessly.
Magpul stands behind quality. This great Max is very sturdy and durable. Many people worry about nourishing lips because they are made of polymer. It's just that they are very strong and even when dropped for an emergency reload, they completely withstand the impact. Very good quality
